How CompV2 handles enquiries, customer accounts, billing information and platform data.
Important notice
This is an operational draft. The final controller identity, registered address, contact details, retention periods and appointed service providers must be confirmed before launch.
Information we collect
We may collect contact and business information submitted through forms, account details, licence and connected-domain information, support correspondence and technical security logs.
Payments
Payment details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout and billing environment. CompV2 receives transaction, customer, invoice and subscription identifiers required to operate the service but does not store complete payment-card details.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide purchased services, administer accounts and licences, process billing events, prevent abuse, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, payment, analytics and support suppliers acting under appropriate contractual terms. The final provider list will be maintained here.
Retention and rights
Information is retained only as long as required for the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. Individuals may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where the law provides those rights.
Contact
Final privacy contact and controller details will be added before purchasing is enabled.
