Yes. This is a central CompV2 feature. Your team can switch dark or light mode, change the master accent, choose header and page layouts, change competition grids, select action styles, choose icons and edit guided content without commissioning a redesign.

CompV2 includes wide, classic, centred and modern headers; compact, medium and full page widths; split, hero and stacked competition pages; multiple competition grids; three How it works presentations; and icon-only or icon-and-label header actions.

Yes. The standard packages provide extensive self-service controls. Bespoke adds a fully individual design direction and custom layouts while retaining the same editable CompV2 controls underneath.

Your business content, customer data and uploaded media remain yours, subject to the service terms. CompV2 software and licensed modules remain part of the subscription service.

CompV2 Launch includes the complete core competition platform but not the advanced CompV2 Games suite or Marketing Suite. The Games suite is included with Professional, while the Marketing Suite is included with Growth.

Yes. Eligible subscriptions can be upgraded through the billing portal. Downgrades take effect in accordance with the service terms and may remove access to game modules.

We estimate that you can be live and trading within 1–2 weeks. The main variable is your merchant application, which can take from two days to one week. Applying for a Meta RMG licence can also add time, but the 1–2 week onboarding window is normally ideal for configuring your site and preparing for launch.

Yes. During onboarding, we provide the details for a couple of simple DNS settings to add to your domain so it points to your CompV2 website. We can guide you through the change.
